To Ambrose and -Reaper: I believe they are sending more of a threat than anything else. It would probably benefit us more to just ignore the threat and wait for their next move.

ArthrasB has informed me that DARK and RIP are declaring a war and the leader of RIP sends the following message:

-C- is in the middle of merging with RIP. Your alliance seems set on testing our military capabilities. -C- members are not yet set in our our requirements as they have only been with us for a day or two but RIP and its allies are now moving towards your home turf and will be declaring war upon your tiny alliance. You made a bad move picking a fight with us. I will be making harsh surrender terms. Should you deside to be smart and back off before DARK and RIP land and completely shatter your pitiful alliance, I may reconsider your utter destruction.

Tesserarius
All members who has towns level 10 and above. Researched Gunpowder. You must meet these minimum requirements for all towns level 10 and above:

✓ 300 Hoplites
✓ 210 Archers
✓ 110 Swordsmen
✓ 35 Sulfur Carabineers
✓ 24 Catapults
✓ 6 Rams
✓ 30 Ram-ships
✓ 30 Fire Ships

The following are HIGHLY recommended:

— Research Robotics and Paddle Wheel Engine.
— 30 Steam Giants
— 60 Paddle-Wheel-Ram
— 30 Catapult Ship

Legionnaire
All membes who has level 5-9 towns and has research Professional Army and Ballistics. You must meet these minimum requirements for each town that is level 5-9:

✓ 240 Hoplites
✓ 210 Archers
✓ 110 Swordsmen
✓ 24 Rams
✓ 30 Ram-ships

Tirone
All members who has towns under level 5. You must meet these minimum requirements for each town:

✓ 150 Spearmen
✓ 180 Slingers
✓ 20 Ram-ships

The following prepares you for the next rank and highly recommended when you get the chance:

— Research Professional Army
— 90 Hoplites
— 90 Swordsmen
